You are utilizing the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) system which is intended for authorized users only. You should have no expectation of privacy in your use of this system. Use of this system and agency technology constitutes consent to monitoring, retrieval, and disclosure of any information stored within the network, system, or on your computers drives for any purpose including criminal prosecution as per the Agency Computer Use Policy.

In addition to the SCDE’s use of this data, the SCDE is provides subsets of data to authorized users. The SCDE does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the data on this system. The SCDE is not responsible for school district use of the data. In accessing this data, the school districts agree that they shall hold the SCDE harmless for any action related to the school district’s use of this data.
